I come alongside expectant and new parents to offer support and eliminate confusion about their options in birth and newborn care. By providing holistic, comprehensive education and hands-on support I help parents feel supported in their choices and well informed for birth and parenting their way.
I am currently fully booked for May through August. I have 1 spot left for September and October each, and 2 left for November- and that's it for 2025. If you are looking for doula support, please reach out ASAP.

I just renewed my Certified Lactation Counselor certificate. I am now certified with ALPP through 2027.
I just completed creating my own Childbirth Education Curriculum! I named it Empowered Childbirth because I hope that once you've taken it, you will leave feeling empowered and in charge of your birth experience.
